Catnip Takeout is the playful creation of Portland-based maker Julie, who handcrafts unique catnip toys designed to spark curiosity and joy in cats. Working from her studio in the Pacific Northwest, Julie creates each toy in small batches using thoughtfully selected fabrics and potent catnip, bringing creativity and care to every piece.

For Julie, cat toys are more than simple playthings. They are a way to enrich a cat’s daily life through movement, exploration, and fun. Her designs are whimsical, durable, and made with the understanding that cats deserve toys as thoughtfully made as the things we choose for ourselves.
