Whiskers Lodge is designed to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress through private suites, predictable routines, and low-pressure handling. Cats are allowed time to decompress, with hiding and perching options that support natural coping behaviors. We monitor appetite, litter box use, and behavior daily, and we adjust care if a cat shows early stress signals.

Whiskers Lodge is fully permitted by the Seattle–King County Public Health Department and operates under Pet Business Permit PB-PR-500296. Our facility meets all applicable King County requirements for sanitation, safety, and humane care, and we follow established standards to ensure a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for every cat in our care.

We offer two suite sizes: Classic Suites (17 sq ft) for solo guests and Deluxe Suites (26 sq ft) for cats who benefit from extra space or are staying together. Each suite includes core feline comfort features such as a hiding space, a perch for observation, and separate areas for food and litter.

Yes. The building is fully climate-controlled, and we aim to keep the lodge in a comfortable, steady range (around 70°F) year-round.

Our pricing reflects a boutique care model designed around feline wellbeing. Each stay includes private suite housing, predictable daily routines, individualized enrichment, and daily wellbeing monitoring. We maintain structured sanitation protocols and clear escalation pathways if a cat shows signs of illness or distress. We are intentionally not a high-volume facility.
